400 g of spaghetti
2 rosehip tea
40 peeled shrimps
Storica Nera
Pink pepper


Step 1

Pull off the rose petals, wash them and cut them into small pieces. In a frying pan pour oil, add the shrimps. Cook for 5-6 minutes.

Step 2

Add Storica Nera and let simmer until the alcohol has evaporated. Add half of the roses.

Step 3

Boil spaghetti in plenty of salted water, drain once obtained pasta al dente and pour spaghetti into the pan with the mixture. Decorate the dish with rosehip petals or flowers if desired.
