Grappa obtained from certified vegan and organic pomace from grapes by selected winemakers.
The raw material is stored in separate rooms to avoid any contamination and all processing is carried out with dedicated equipment.
The distillation takes place thanks to the water vapor that powers an entirely copper plant with eight stills.
The raw distillate has about 75 alcoholic degrees and the final alcohol content is reached thanks to the dilution with water.
Clear and brilliant grappa, is clean and elegant to the nose. The taste releases a variegated fruity bouquet in the mouth, leaving a long and pleasant persistence.
