GRAPPUNCH

INGREDIENTS:

270 ml    Storica Bianca
540 ml    Green Tea
90 ml      Multi-flower honey

GARNISH:
Cardamom/star anise
Lime, lemon and orange peels

METHOD:
Heat all the ingredients in a pot, and let it simmer for a few minutes (if grappa is put in right away, the alcohol content of the final drink will be lower. The later we add it in the boiling process, the less degrees it will lose).
Let the mixture cool and strain into a teapot or serving carafe.
Serve well chilled, or even with  ice.
